Soak the yuba in cool or lukewarm water(do not use hot water) for at least 2 hours, then cut it into pieces
Smack the cucumber with knife and then cut it into pieces(about 3cm long). Chop garlic finely.
Bring water to boil, cook yuba for 1 minute, take it out.
Add the cucumber to a big bowl, add yuba, soy sauce, dark vinegar, chili oil.
Heat up the pan(medium heat), when the pan is hot add 3 tbsp sesame oil, stir for 30s then pour the garlic over the cucumber, mix everything together
