Tofu skin is one of our favorite dishes. Its healthy, vegan and tastes amazing. In the core tofu skin is tofu, which has been pressed very long, so almost all the water is out.

Ingredients
Tofu Skin 300g
Garlic 4 Cloves
Chili Paste 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Chinese Dark Vinegar 2 tbsp
Scallion 1 Stalk

- Cut the tofu skin into think stripes, cut the garlic and scallion into small pieces
- Boil water in the pot, when the water is hot add tofu skin, boil for 1 minute – this is optional
- Take the tofu skin out and drain the water. Add oil in a pan, add garlic and stir-fry for about 30s until fragrant, add 2 tbsp of chili paste, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of dark vinegar, stir everything together, when the sauce starts simmering, add tofu skin and stir quickly so it’s evenly covered with sauce, add scallion and turn off the stove
